The ITAP Offsite Tour offers a unique opportunity to visit an innovation centre and a smart facility, showcasing cutting-edge technology and real-world applications in action. Participants will explore advanced solutions in AI, automation, digitalisation,  and Industry 4.0, gaining valuable insights into how these innovations are transforming industrial processes. The tour provides hands-on demonstrations of smart systems, enabling attendees to witness the future of manufacturing and technology up close, fostering knowledge exchange and inspiration for future advancements.

 

Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC)

The Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre will feature live AI demonstrations tackling manufacturing challenges while enhancing efficiency and quality. Participants will engage in guided experiences showcasing AI’s role in data-driven decision-making and witness its transformative impact through real-time data and equipment on the shop floor. The centre emphasises AI's significance in optimising operations and its overall effect on manufacturing processes.

Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management (COI-SCM)

The Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management (COI-SCM) was jointly set up by Enterprise Singapore, the Economic Development Board and Republic Polytechnic in 2012. It aims to champion supply chain excellence for Singapore-based companies through innovation and process re-engineering, adoption of technology and training programmes to develop supply chain expertise. Participants will see and experience Supply Chain Digitalisation (I4.0/IoT/No-Code Apps/Robotics) with GenAI use cases for SCM that can help transform their supply chain performance.

Singapore Polytechnics's AMC & DSAC

The Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC) collaborates with industry and technology providers to support SMEs in digital transformation. By leveraging its staff and interns' expertise, AMC implements solutions that enhance productivity and quality through robotics and automation, aligned with Industry 4.0 principles. In partnership with AI Singapore, the Data Science and Analytics Centre (DSAC) developed the AI Learning Journey (AILJ), which offers AI and analytics use cases tailored to different readiness levels, inspiring companies to harness AI's potential.

Makino AM CoE

Makino, a leader in CNC machining and innovative process solutions, has been a key player in Singapore since 1973. In 2022, Makino Asia established an Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence (CoE) to offer 3D printing and consultation services, driving global adoption of AM technology. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the benefits of Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) and the versatility of hybrid manufacturing applications.

The Delta Electronics Singapore Showroom showcases Delta’s evolution since its inception, highlighting the company’s latest innovations in industrial automation, data center infrastructure, energy management, and building automation. It also serves as a hub for collaboration and education, providing insights into the future of intelligent automation and sustainable energy technologies. Expect to have a glimpse of Delta's portfolio which features cutting-edge energy-saving solutions across various sectors, including industrial and building automation, telecom power, EV charging and renewable energy.
