Willy Koh

Willy Koh is the Founder and President of Racer Technology Pte Ltd, which he established in 1988. Over the past three decades, he has grown Racer Medical Group into a manufacturer and designer of medical devices (CDMO) across 8 facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Indonesia, with products ranging from PCR systems, Bioreactor, Plasma Blood and Microfluidic Chips to Cochlear Implants and Cancer Cell Retrievers. Alongside his work at Racer, Willy co-founded five startup companies and spearheaded the Singapore MedTech Consortium in 2015, which has since grown to over 200 members providing end-to-end manufacturing solutions for stakeholders across the medtech industry. He is currently a Co-Chairman of the A*STAR/SIMTech Innovation Advisory Panel and serves on the International Judging Panel for the Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition. He has also been a Panel Member of the GRC for Singapore Finance, Trade & Industry since 2021. In 2011, he was the recipient of the SME1 Asia award for Successful Entrepreneurs in Singapore.
