Shoukat Ali

Shoukat Ali is a senior manufacturing and operations transformation leader with more than 25 years of global industry experience, including over 16 years in Saudi Arabia and extensive experience with leading Fortune 100 organizations.
Throughout his career, Shoukat has held senior leadership positions with Honeywell and Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), leading complex manufacturing operations, large-scale transformation programs, and multi-site operations across the region. As Head of Operations at Honeywell and Director of Operations at Signify Saudi Arabia, he has managed large manufacturing organizations, operational P&Ls, advanced CNC and fabrication facilities, and end-to-end operational excellence initiatives.
His expertise spans Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0/5.0, Smart Manufacturing, IIoT, Digital Transformation, Energy Efficiency, ESG, Sustainability, and Operational Excellence. He is particularly passionate about helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution by using technology and innovation to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost, quality, resilience, and sustainability.
A strong advocate of “Lean before Digital”, Shoukat believes that organizations must first fix and optimize their processes before applying technology at scale.
