With over 20 years in the aviation industry, W.C. Yen has built a career around making things fly — and keeping them flying safely. He currently leads Customer Accounts, Supply Chain, and Procurement at Liebherr Aerospace, a leading aviation-systems OEM. His path across the industry spans design and manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, marketing, business development, procurement, and general management — giving him both a 360° view of the aviation value chain and the ability to dive deep into operational detail when it matters. Along the way, he’s led major contract negotiations (including a $2B SGD life-of-engine agreement with Rolls-Royce), managed multi-million-dollar procurement portfolios, and driven go-to-market strategies for MRO and aerospace manufacturing businesses across the region.
