Mr Wong Zeng Yi

Zeng Yi is the Assistant Managing Director of Enterprise Singapore, overseeing the growth of Singapore companies in various technological industries such as manufacturing, biomedical sciences, digital technologies, clean energies, climate mitigation and adaptation. Prior to this, Zeng Yi was Assistant Managing Director of Organisation and People Development Group at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He oversaw a diverse portfolio covering People Development, Organisation Development and Communications, Legal, and Corporate Services departments, as well as the MAS Academy. Under his leadership, he undertook various initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities, drive digital transformation and corporate sustainability, and support leadership and staff development. Having served in MAS for almost 20 years, Zeng Yi has held other key leadership positions, where he contributed towards shaping Singapore’s financial sector and beyond. Zeng Yi holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, Master in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and Master of Philosophy in Finance from Cambridge University. He also graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Finance and Economics.
