At Factorem, Hardik leads the company’s AI and automation strategy, applying generative AI, agentic systems, and intelligent workflows to simplify end-to-end manufacturing fulfillment. His focus is on turning complex technologies into practical, scalable systems that help hardware companies move faster from design to production.

Under his leadership, Factorem is scaling a vetted distributed manufacturing network across Southeast Asia and beyond, building the infrastructure to make advanced manufacturing faster, more reliable, and more accessible to global hardware teams.
