In view of the rapidly evolving nature of COVID-19, ITAP 2021 is working closely with venue partner Singapore EXPO and the local authorities to continue implementing strict entry and work infection control measures and precautions guided by advisories from the Singapore Government, and will adjust them accordingly.
To date, all staff and partners have been advised to exercise vigilance, adopt good personal hygiene practices, monitor their health closely, and to be socially responsible. Health and large-scale event advisory signage and digital billboards have been put up around Singapore EXPO to advise all visitors to the venue. The venue has strengthened its sanitisation measures which includes the doubling of its cleaning frequency as well as ensuring that basic amenities such as hand soap do not run out. Hand sanitisers can also be found at various locations of the venue.
Cases of those who are feeling unwell will be assessed and if deemed necessary, will be referred to the hospital for further medical assessment. There are isolation rooms in place and trained medics will be on-site during event days.
