SYNOPSIS

Course Objectives:

The objectives of the course is to equip learners with the knowledge of cloud computing, the ability to differentiate the differences between virtualisation and cloud computing, explain possible security threats to common network and application protocols, and identify cloud computing trends and developments.

Course Content:

The 'Internet of Things' (IoT) is the next big and imminent thing as businesses start to collect data from devices ranging from mobile phones to custom devices. The independent communication between different connected devices can be used to optimis operations, reduce costs, boost productivity and more importantly, promote financial inclusion among developing countries. within the last few years, the usage of devices has increased from millions to billions and the amount of time spent on these devices has been steadly rising. Learners will learn about the functionalities of how IoT will affect the way we work, play and live.

Minimum Entry Requirement:

Need to have basic knowledge on internet and its usage
