Talent Development has been a discussion right from when Industry 4.0 was introduced. Questions arose as to whether it was essential to the wellbeing and sustainability of companies. Some view it as a must, while others prioritised more seemingly important aspects of business over talent development. A few years on, with 2 years of Covid hanging over many industries’ problems, talent development is more important than ever in pursuing a sustainable future, be it environmentally or otherwise. Do we have what it takes? Or are we just feeling our way through it?
